Terms of sale

1. Scope
These Terms of Sale govern sales made on the Or Noir Bourbon website, at ornoirbourbon.com, by Nealno, registered under number 990750515, VAT FR61990750515. These terms are available at all times on the site and prevail over any other version or conflicting document.

2. Products
Products are described as accurately as possible. Photographs are not contractually binding. The seller reserves the right to change the product range at any time.

3. Prices
Prices shown are in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes. The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time, but products are invoiced at the price in force at the time of the order.

4. Orders
Any order placed on the site implies full acceptance of these Terms of Sale. The order is confirmed once payment is accepted. The seller reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of an existing dispute with the buyer or of non-payment.

5. Payment
Payment is due immediately on ordering. Customers may pay by bank card through the secure Shopify Payments system, or by any other method offered at the time of purchase.

6. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address given by the customer when ordering. Average lead time: 2 to 5 working days. Delivery charges are shown at the time of the order. In the event of a delay, the customer will be informed by email.

7. Right of withdrawal
Under article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, customers have 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal. Returns must be complete and in their original condition. Exceptions: there is no right of withdrawal for personalised products, software or unsealed consumables.

8. Legal guarantees
The seller is bound by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code). 9. Liability
The seller cannot be held liable for any indirect damage arising from the use of the products sold. Its liability may not exceed the amount of the order.

10. Personal data

11. Intellectual property
All elements of the site (text, images, logos) are protected by copyright. Any reproduction without prior authorisation is prohibited.

12. Governing law and disputes
